Welcome to Gozzeep AI. By accessing or using our platform at gozzeep.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before creating an account or using any features of the platform.

01Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Gozzeep AI ("the Platform," "the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Gozzeep AI ("we," "us," "our").

02Description of Service

Gozzeep AI is an AI-powered social and communication platform that provides the following features and services:

• AI Chat: Private conversations with an advanced AI assistant (powered by Anthropic's Claude), capable of providing advice, brainstorming, entertainment, and general conversation.
• Gossip Mode: A feature that lets you ask the AI to check in on a friend on your behalf. By default the AI does not reveal your identity. You and the recipient each have privacy controls (see Section 6). Gossip Mode is open to users on every plan; AI usage is metered by your daily message limit.
• Group Chat with AI: Users can create group conversations with multiple members. Gozzeep AI is automatically available in every group — members can invoke AI by typing @ai in the group chat.
• G Wall: A community social feed where users publish posts containing text, photos, and videos. You can love, comment on, reply to, and share posts, edit or delete your own posts, and choose each post's visibility (public, friends-only, or private). The number of images permitted per post varies by subscription plan; every plan supports one video per post.
• Videos Feed: A dedicated view that shows only G Wall posts containing a video. Video posts continue to appear on the main G Wall as well.
• Direct Messaging: Private one-on-one messaging between users with support for text, media, and voice notes. Messaging strangers requires a complete profile (avatar, display name, bio); messaging friends or people you follow does not.
• AI in Direct Messages: Inside a one-on-one chat, you can summon Gozzeep AI by typing "@AI" followed by your question. The AI's reply is private to you and is not visible to the other participant unless and until you choose to make that exchange public. AI usage in DMs is metered by your daily message limit.
• Media Sharing: Upload and share images, videos, documents, and other files within DMs and group chats (paid plans).
• Voice Notes: Record and send audio messages with pause, resume, and auto-send functionality (paid plans).
• Social Networking: Friend requests, follower system, user discovery, profile management, and notifications. Block and report tools available platform-wide.
• AI Roast Mode: Users can request AI-generated humorous roasts of themselves or other users.
• Confessions Wall: An anonymous posting feature where users can share confessions and react to others'. Author identity is never revealed.
• AI Personality Modes: Switch between AI personality styles to customize your chat experience.
• Gift Messages: Send AI-crafted special messages to other users.
• Gossip Points & Referrals: Earn points by referring friends and subscribing. Spend points on extra AI messages.
• Streaks & Leaderboard: Daily chat streaks with badge rewards, and a global leaderboard.
• Subscription Plans: Tiered access to features through Free, Basic, Pro, and Premium plans.
• Mobile Apps: The full feature set is available on iOS and Android in addition to the web.

03Account Registration & Eligibility

To use Gozzeep AI, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including a valid email address, display name, and unique username. You agree to:

• Be at least 13 years of age to create an account
• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Create only one account per person (multiple accounts are prohibited)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

04Subscription Plans & Billing

Gozzeep AI offers four tiers of service with increasing features and capabilities:

Paid subscriptions are processed through Flutterwave payment gateway. Yearly plans offer discounted rates. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

05User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree to use Gozzeep AI responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform to harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any person
• Share illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harmful content through any feature
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Impersonate other users, public figures, or organizations
• Use Gossip Mode for stalking, surveillance, or gathering information for malicious purposes
• Upload malware, viruses, trojans, or any harmful code through media sharing
• Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or chain messages
• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform
• Create automated accounts, bots, or scripts to access the Platform beyond the provided API
• Share content depicting child exploitation, extreme violence, or terrorism
• Use the Platform for any illegal activity under applicable law

06Gossip Mode — Special Provisions

Gossip Mode is a feature designed to facilitate caring, optionally-anonymous check-ins between users. By using Gossip Mode, you understand and agree that:

• Default anonymity: Your identity as the initiator is hidden by default. You may opt to reveal your identity in your Privacy Settings.
• Recipient consent: Recipients have full control over who can run gossip tasks on them. They can pause gossip mode entirely, restrict it to friends, disallow anonymous check-ins, or block specific users. The AI enforces these settings at task creation.
• Use it for good: Gossip Mode is intended for benevolent check-ins, not surveillance, harassment, or stalking. We may review tasks for compliance.
• Abuse penalties: Repeated unwanted check-ins, attempts to circumvent recipient privacy settings, or use of Gossip Mode for malicious purposes may result in feature restriction or account suspension.
• Availability: Gossip Mode is available to users on every plan. AI usage is metered by your daily message limit.
• Service provider: The AI processes gossip tasks via Anthropic's Claude API in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Discretion: We reserve the right to disable Gossip Mode for any user at our sole discretion if we identify abuse or violations.

07Group Chat — Rules & Responsibilities

Group owners and administrators bear responsibility for the content and conduct within their groups. Group-specific rules:

• Group owners are responsible for ensuring members comply with these Terms
• Owners and admins can add/remove members, assign roles (Admin, Moderator, Member), and manage group settings
• AI features in groups are subject to the message sender's individual subscription plan limits
• We may remove groups or restrict group features that violate these Terms
• Group creation limits are determined by your subscription plan

7BBusiness Hub — Listings, Hiring & Reviews

The Business Hub is a marketplace where users may list services they offer ("Sellers") and where other users may discover and contact them to negotiate work ("Buyers"). Hub-specific terms:

• Listings are not employment. Gozzeep AI is a marketplace facilitator only. Any arrangement between a Buyer and a Seller is a direct relationship between them; we are not a party to it.
• No platform payments or escrow. All payment, scope, and delivery is negotiated and handled off-platform. Gozzeep AI does not process payments for hub transactions, hold funds, or guarantee delivery. Disputes between Buyer and Seller must be resolved between those parties.
• Truthful listings. Sellers must accurately represent their services, qualifications, identity (individual or business), pricing, and delivery times. Misrepresentation, false credentials, or scam listings will be removed and may result in account termination.
• Profile completion required. Sellers must complete their hub profile (individual or business details, as applicable) before publishing any listing.
• Listing limits per plan as described in Section 4 above.
• Reviews. Buyers may leave one 1-to-5-star review with text for any Seller they have an existing message thread with. Reviews must be truthful and based on genuine interactions. We may remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, off-topic, or appear to be coordinated/inauthentic.
• Prohibited services. Listings must comply with Section 5 (User Conduct). Listings for unlawful services, weapons, drugs, sexual services, fake credentials, academic dishonesty, or content that infringes intellectual property are prohibited and will be removed.
• Tax & legal compliance. Sellers are solely responsible for declaring income, paying taxes, complying with local business laws, obtaining required licenses, and honouring any contracts they enter into with Buyers.
• Moderation. We may deactivate or remove any listing, review, or hub profile at our discretion for violation of these Terms or to protect users.

Use of the Business Hub is at your own risk. Gozzeep AI provides the marketplace platform; we do not vet Sellers, guarantee work quality or delivery, or mediate disputes. Buyers and Sellers should exercise their own due diligence before entering into any arrangement.

08Content Ownership & License

You retain full ownership of the content you create and share on Gozzeep AI, including text messages, images, videos, voice notes, and documents. By uploading content, you grant Gozzeep AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account. You are solely responsible for the content you share and represent that you have the right to share it.

You may edit your own G Wall posts for a limited window after publishing and may delete your own posts at any time. Deleting a post removes it and its attached media from active systems. You control the audience of each G Wall post through its visibility setting (public, friends-only, or private). When you publish a post containing a video, that post also appears in the Videos feed. AI exchanges you summon with "@AI" inside a direct message remain private to you until you choose to make them public to the other participant.

09AI Disclaimer

AI responses on Gozzeep AI are generated by machine learning models (Anthropic's Claude) and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, biases, or inappropriate content
• AI should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice
• Gozzeep AI is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated responses
• We continuously work to improve AI quality but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy
• AI does not have real-time access to external information unless specifically designed to do so

10Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes in detail how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11Intellectual Property

The Gozzeep AI name, logo, design, interface, code, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Gozzeep AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Platform without prior written consent. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

12Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the Platform. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately, and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Active paid subscriptions may not be refunded upon termination for Terms violations.

13Limitation of Liability

Gozzeep AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

15Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may discontinue use and delete your account.
